Areas of Support

Relationship difficulties.

Sometimes the pattern matters as much as the relationship.

You may be struggling within a relationship, trying to understand why one ended, finding it difficult to let somebody go or noticing that somehow, you keep arriving at the same emotional place with different people.

Individual support with relationship difficulties does not have to be about deciding whether somebody else is “right” or “wrong”.

Often, I am interested in what happens inside you when you are close to another person.

Working together

Looking beyond the immediate conflict

We might explore boundaries, communication, attachment, expectations, fear of rejection, difficulty trusting, people-pleasing or the roles you find yourself taking within relationships.

We may also become curious about where certain patterns began and whether ways of relating that once protected you are still serving you today.

My role is not to tell you whether to stay, leave, forgive or try again. Those decisions belong to you.

My role is to help you understand yourself clearly enough to make them from a different place.
