This page explains how VINAPSY uses cookies and browser storage. These can remember your choices or help keep the website secure.

What the website needs

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. When you open an enquiry form, Cloudflare Turnstile loads to help check automated submissions. Form security works when Analytics is rejected.

Cookie preferences are stored in this browser's localStorage for this site. Keys beginning with stcm.vinapsy. contain your category choices, choice timestamp and policy version. Choices last for up to 180 days. We ask again when they expire or the policy version changes. These settings do not contain your enquiry text.

Optional categories

• Analytics: permission to use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website.
• Advertising measurement: together with Analytics permission, this allows visits and enquiries from Google Ads to be measured. It does not enable personalised advertising.

Google Tag Manager and other Google tags stay unloaded before consent. Refusing optional categories does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry. Message text, names, email addresses and telephone numbers must not be passed into measurement systems.

Analytics records general page views, scrolling, contact and booking-link clicks, and accepted enquiries. It uses generic section names, not individual therapy topics, article titles or message content. A booking-link click does not confirm an appointment.

Google Analytics uses cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits. Its event and user data retention is 14 months. With both optional permissions, Google Ads may use storage beginning with _gcl_ to connect an advertising visit with an enquiry. Google explains cookie lifetimes in its cookie information. You can withdraw your choice here at any time.

Changing your choice

Choose Cookie Preferences at the bottom of any page. You can accept all optional categories, reject non-essential storage, or choose categories separately. Withdrawing consent clears known measurement storage and reloads the page. Changing your choice does not delete data already received by another service.

External services

Links to Calendly, Google Maps, WhatsApp and social networks take you to separate services with their own privacy settings. Their widgets do not load automatically on this version of the website. Read more about website security in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
