When life feels busy, uncertain or simply not quite right, it can be difficult to find the space to understand what you need and what matters to you.
This free workbook invites you to pause, reflect on where you are now and explore what you would like to change, carry forward or leave behind.

A place to begin
Working through the workbook
Reflect on the experiences that have shaped you, recognise what you're proud of and consider what you have learned along the way.
Take stock of different areas of your life, identify what needs attention and reconnect with the strengths and resources you already have.
Explore your goals, understand what might be holding you back and identify small, meaningful steps towards what matters to you.
Find words of encouragement, write a letter from your future self and choose a word to guide the chapter ahead.
The questions are designed to help you reflect with curiosity rather than judgement. There are no right or wrong answers, and you can take as much time as you need.

At your own pace
There is no right or wrong way to use this workbook.
Find a quiet moment, take a notebook or pen, and work through the questions at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You can complete it in one sitting or return to it over several days.
Be honest with yourself, without judging your answers. If a question feels difficult, you can leave it and come back later.
You can use the workbook independently or bring your reflections into a counselling session if you would like to explore them further.
The aim isn't to have all the answers. It's to give yourself the space to ask the right questions.
