VINAPSY is operated by Viktoria Loginova, an individual practitioner at 11 St John’s Road, Stourbridge, DY8 1EJ, England. These terms concern this website. The arrangements for your counselling or hypnotherapy will be discussed and agreed with you before work begins.

Using the website

You may browse the site and contact the practice to ask a question or discuss an appointment. Please use the website lawfully, provide accurate contact details and do not misuse the enquiry form or interfere with the site. You do not need to create a client account to enquire.

Enquiries and appointments

Sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment or start a therapeutic relationship. Viktoria will discuss availability, suitability and the arrangements for working together. Contact the practice before arranging a session for a child or young person, so consent, confidentiality and safeguarding can be discussed.

The free introductory consultation lasts 20 minutes. A therapy session lasts 50 minutes and costs £80. The 3-session Focused Support block costs £180; the 6-session therapy block costs £300. The agreed fee, payment arrangements and any cancellation terms will be explained before you commit to a booking. Changes to website prices do not retrospectively change an agreed booking.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Your statutory cancellation and other consumer rights continue to apply. No cancellation charge is created by these website terms.

Information and outcomes

Articles and general information cannot assess your individual circumstances. They are not a diagnosis or an emergency service. People respond differently to therapy; website content and client experiences do not promise a particular outcome. Read the Disclaimer for further information and urgent-support contacts.

Content and external services

Text, photographs, graphics and design belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the website and share links. Please ask before reproducing substantial original material, except where the law permits it. Third-party images remain subject to their applicable licences.

Booking, mapping, payment and social links may take you to another provider. That service has its own terms and privacy information. We aim to keep the website accurate and available; please tell us about an error or a broken link.

Your rights and questions

These terms do not remove your rights under applicable consumer law. They do not exclude responsibility for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
